In that case, they wouldn't fit under css/tutorials, or javascript/tutorials, etc. if we put them all under tutorials/, we can then tag them with all the different technology classifications that apply to them, and dynamically generate different TOCs for different series of tutorial. That was the idea anyhow. I'm now sure what has become of it.
