I don't see a simple way to do this in the settings for the Q&A system. It
looks to be tied to the localization settings (which are set to USA of course)
which means we would need to edit that file then make sure on any updates that
the changes are carried over. Perhaps it could be something we add to an update
checklist though. That way dates are shown in a good manner for any local.
