Underlined special characters on a Turkish text.

If you enter a Turkish text into WP, some special characters are displayed
badly. You can find a screenshot in attachments. I underlined some of these
special characters such as ğ, ü, ş, ı, ö, ç etc... I think it is related with
the font. Please update it.
