a combination info architecture/infrastructure feature request. Agreed-upon URL
structure for APIs is:

/apis/<package>/<interface>/<member>

On <package> pages (e.g., /apis/css-regions), would be useful to auto-generate
<interface> listings.  Would be further useful to adorn listings with
collapsible details/summary tags (or accordion-list plug-in) to access all
nested <member> elements of each interface from within the higher-level package
page.
