I couldn't find another bug on the bugzilla about adding multiple language
support to webplatform.org, so I'm adding this here, just for the record. Feel
free to close this as a dupe if you know of a better place it is recorded.

I know this will require a lot of discussion and work, and probably it's own
bug category, but yeah, we really need to get this sorted.

Weren't we getting some contractors on board to help build this?
