https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19834 Priority: P2 Bug ID: 19834 Assignee: cmills@w3.org Summary: Improve JavaScript Libraries page QA Contact: public-webplatform-bugs@w3.org Severity: normal Classification: Unclassified OS: All Reporter: jonathan@garbee.me Hardware: All Status: NEW Version: unspecified Component: content Product: webplatform.org I came across a JS Library page [1]. I think this could be improved for now with: 1) An overview of what a library is and how they help developers. 2) Removing the "Stable Version" column of the table. We shouldn't add more work by maintaining a list of versions, just linking to the projects homepage is enough with a description. 3) A Pro's and Con's section? I'm thinking an unordered list for the pro's and con's to using libraries in general, not specifics about any library in particular. 4) Anything else? It should be generic and apply to most if not all libraries. We currently are not documenting libraries in particular, but it is something that we will discuss later on. Thanks.
