It looks to be due to the left float assigned to the qa-nav-sub class.  I don't
see anything breaking from removing that float so I'm going to recommend that
as the fix.

Solution:
Stylesheet - qa-styles.css
Line for start of rule - 291
Fix - Remove the left float (line 293)
