[Bug 19359] The message on webplatform.org is confusing

I like it except for the final point.  I think it should say something like
"Discuss our documentation..." compared to Open Web Technologies since:
1) OWT was used twice in previous points and gets stale at that point. 
2) It may give the impression to people that we are currently doing support
which we are not.
