What categories would be good?  It is built in to allow this, all we need to do
is decide on what to have.

Perhaps:
- HTML
- CSS
- Javascript
- Concepts
- Accessibility
- Etc.
Basically replicating the URL hierarchy of the docs.  I think doing that much
though could create too many categories and cause confusion as to where to post
to.
