[Bug 19482] Windows Mobile (IE9 Mobile) support -Perhaps mobile in general

I actually notice just going to the docs the page seems left-aligned and
narrower than my viewport. (Yes, I am fully updated on an HTC 7 Pro as if it
matters.)  I think this is related to the table in the center of the page since
that is the full viewport.  

Also I am noticing no way to login via mobile.  Perhaps by design?

As far as replicating that popup all you need to do is open a comments section.
