[Bug 19497] New: e-mail address confirmation is received two times with different IP address

When registering an account at webplatform.org i received two activation
e-mails. They was delivered with one minute apart from each-other.

Both e-mails claims that i registered and account from an IP address. The IP
address in both e-mails are incorrect. Another user on IRC reported the same
problem, with the same IP addresses in both his e-mails as in the e-mails i
received.
