The WPD and Forum search boxes should be more clearly labelled, for example
with placeholder labels, e.g.

Search Q&A
Search WPD

At the moment, there is a bit of confusion among some users where they expect
the search boxes to search both.

Later on, we could even implement a way to allow you to choose where your
search extends to?
