Will WebPlatform be seen as an extension of the working group into the broader
dev community (with opportunities to collaborate with W3C on new features,
discuss their practicality and get exposure to some of the "behind-the-scenes"
work), or the relationship is strictly one-way and WebPlatform is here to
reflect current standards in documentation and turorials?
