I second this notion, the contrast is almost invisible to me. May I suggest
bumping up the brightness and saturation to something like #0086b3, and also
the use of border-bottom:1px over text-decoration:underline, with a much
lighter shade (e.g. #86b1b3). This avoids descenders being cut in half and the
underline being too dark.
