                    heading
           Product: webplatform.org
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW

1. Go to an article page or a landing page, such as:

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/css/color/colors_by_saturation
http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/javascript

Note: Commenting precede content, discouraging use of content, encouraging
changing flag values.

Expected: Commenting to be a subordinate activity to learning about javascript;
commenting interface to be more user friendly.

Actual: Commenting and flagging appears to be the main purpose of the page.
