I have had a number of people complain that they tried to create a new WPD
account, but when they went to the page specified on the mail, they couldn't
find out how to do so.

The mail said

"If you have not already done so, go to http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki to
create your account."

But there is no mention anywhere there. Did we have it on there at some point,
but then delete the info? Following the login link doesn't get you to any info
about creating an account either.
