To reproduce:
0. Set your skin to WebPlatform (site default).
1. Create a new page with the New Page tool.
2. Under External Attribution, click CC-BY-SA and MDN.

Observed behavior:
The MDN Link field appears, but is not editable.

Expected behavior:
The MDN Link field appears and is editable. This is true, for example, in the
MonoBook skin.
