Dear All, I just published a new version of the charter at http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter.html I've tried to take into account all the comments received. The comments are at https://www.w3.org/community/webpaymentsigcharter/wiki/Main_Page#Comments_received_on_v0.1_.28published_15_May_2014.29 The previous charter at http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter_20140515.html Disclaimer: my apologies if I forgot some comments, or didn't address some of them well. I believe we will need to have a few more iterations before we are all happy. I'm therefore welcoming all feedback on this new version.
