Subject: Version 0.3 of the draft charter for the future Web Payments Interest Group Published

Dear All,

I just published a new version of the charter at http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter.html

I've tried to take into account all the comments received.

The comments are at
https://www.w3.org/community/webpaymentsigcharter/wiki/Main_Page#Comments_received_on_v0.2_.28published_4_June_2014.29

The previous charter at
http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter_20140604.html

This version is a relatively minor revision. This is globally a polishing exercise, but I've the feeling that the document is stabilizing.
Perhaps it is a good time to call for a last round of reviews?

In terms of next steps, if there is a consensus on the document, we should consider the next steps.
From W3C side, we will engage with the formal process (probably at the end of the summer after the final set of comments and final revision).

From your side, i would be happy to know who are organizations and people that are planning to join the group and contribute. For organizations that are not W3C members and planning to join the work, it is time to consider joining W3C. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more on this.

Best
Stephane
