Following this guide I have been able to set up testnet on my raspberry pi
so I will be able to start playing with that

Good.  Experiments are a good place to start.  These things are new so we
dont want to optimize prematurely.

We can even pass back invoices in a header, which is really cool, I think.

How about we start with a 402 and then have either some headers or an LN
invoice to give the client some hints during a handshake.  The same
handshake should be able to occur with out of band knowledge too.

Then we can create some use cases and experiment.

Would love to collaborate on this!
