I designed this payment routing protocol, based on the AODV internet
routing protocol. It allows a network of nodes ("connectors" in ILP) to
send payments to each other while revealing very little information. It's
designed for Lightning channels, or UPC
<http://altheamesh.com/blog/universal-payment-channels/>, but it should
also work for Interledger. It's somewhat inefficient but it works. I also
have a simulation where you can mess around with it.
