Great! Seeing as how there is almost zero text written for that spec, go
for it! :P

More seriously, we have some ideas for how the REST API could be put
together to be compatible w/ the messaging + protocols approach posted
earlier today.

We could approach this a couple of ways:

1. We could block out the basics of spec and you could fill in all the
2. We could have a telecon to do a brain dump and you could write the
   spec from scratch.
3. Some combination of the above.

What timezone are you in? Maybe we should fire up the Web Payments CG
telecons again? What are your thoughts, Jorge?
