Brent,

Cleaned up version of REA [1] as the original is using incorrect 
prefixes, and is missing rdfs:isDefinedby and wdrs:described relations. 
Net effect, the current ontology isn't readable and plays in the "RDF is 
incomprehensible" misconception trap.
