Hi all, After 2+ months of weekly calls, we've been able to de-duplicate and clarify the use cases that came out of the Web Payments Workshop. The cleaned list can be found here: https://www.w3.org/community/webpayments/wiki/CategorizedWebPaymentsUseCases Now that we've made a first pass over the use cases, the community is going to need to do two things: 1. Establish consensus around the use cases (are these the problems we want to try and solve in the first official iteration of the Web Payments work?). 2. Expand upon the core of the use cases by writing interaction stories and deriving requirements from those stories. I'll start new email threads for each item above to try and organize the discussion a bit more. This email is just a heads-up that we're going to be switching gears a bit in the next several weeks to try and finish up the use case work before the official start of the Web Payments IG (Steering Group). -- manu -- Manu Sporny (skype: msporny, twitter: manusporny, G+: +Manu Sporny) Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. blog: The Marathonic Dawn of Web Payments http://manu.sporny.org/2014/dawn-of-web-payments/
