The US Federal Reserve has published a request for papers about future payment systems. We tend to be more implementation/working code driven in this group and don't usually respond to calls for papers. That said, this is a great opportunity to get our work in front of the US Federal Reserve and follow up in Washington DC with them in person. Let's spend this call finalizing our response to the US Federal reserve banks and discuss anything else pressing that has happened in the past several weeks. This will be a 60 minute call. If you would like to add or change anything on the Agenda, please send the request to the mailing list before the telecon or mention the changes at the beginning of the call. The dial-in information as well as minutes and audio logs of previous meetings can be found here: https://payswarm.com/minutes/ ========== Wednesday, November 6th 2013 Time: 1600 UTC / 8am San Francisco / 11am Boston / 4pm London / 12pm HKT Digital Bazaar Telecon Bridge SIP: payswarm@digitalbazaar.com Phone US: +1.540.961.4469 x6300 irc://freenode.net/#payswarm Duration: 60 minutes Scribes: Kumar, Manu, Travis, Longley, Lehn ========== Agenda 1.
