We're creating a basic set of tools to help software developers and organizations receive donations and payments. It'll start out as a proof-of-concept that you can do payments from the command-line with PaySwarm. We do intend to merge it into a number of the big Linux distributions as well as NPM: https://github.com/web-payments/fund/ The tools are going to be written in Python, which is a different language than the Javascript implementation we have right now. The fact that we're doing this in Python raised the question about whether or not we wanted to create a basic config file format that all PaySwarm libraries could use. The first cut of the format is here: https://github.com/web-payments/payswarm.com/issues/8 If you have feelings about the proposal, input would be great. -- manu -- Manu Sporny (skype: msporny, twitter: manusporny, G+: +Manu Sporny) Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. blog: Meritora - Web payments commercial launch http://blog.meritora.com/launch/
