Payswarm URI for bitcoin

Hey,

We have a standardisation process,

I remember the URI from last time. Any other things that should be put in there? If anyone wants to author one or co-author a BIP then let me know. I'll be getting around to writing one on that URI scheme payswarm showed me for bitcoin last time.
