Hi folks, During the design of a standard, it becomes necessary to be able to quickly hash out design ideas. At times, email isn't the best medium for doing this. Teleconferences are better. Face-to-face is best. Let's start off by figuring out times that we can have regular teleconferences. Here's a Doodle poll to figure out a time that works for all of us. Make sure to pick a time where you are consistently available on a bi-weekly basis, starting next week: http://www.doodle.com/ethbbtuuzqba4zx3 We have a nice teleconferencing setup for this (including an IRC chat channel, scribing of minutes, automatic audio recording, etc.). The teleconferences will be open to the public, transparent and all audio will be recorded and released to the public. To see an example of what our teleconference logs will look like, here is another standards making initiative we're using the same setup for: http://json-ld.org/minutes/ And the cleaned up minutes and audio: http://json-ld.org/minutes/2011-07-04/ Please pick a time and I'll announce the first meeting and Agenda at least 48 hours before the first call on this mailing list. -- manu -- Manu Sporny (skype: msporny, twitter: manusporny) Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. blog: Uber Comparison of RDFa, Microformats and Microdata http://manu.sporny.org/2011/uber-comparison-rdfa-md-uf/
