[w3c/payment-request] Removed references to Basic Card (#963)

* The WPWG is  "deprecating" that spec (i.e., stopping work on it).
* Replaced some references to basic card in examples with
  Fictitious Alternatives. (Also my band name ;)
* There should not be any normative implications to these changes.
