Hi @danyao Saturn is about a lot of things but the thing I'm talking about is step 2 in:

That is, it is the _Merchant_ who signs the payment request data (_amount_, _currency_ and few other things as well like type of payment [direct, gas station, etc, etc]).  If _amount_ is updated for whatever reason, the payment request data must be resigned.

The verification of the Merchant is performed in the subsequent step which is only between the Merchant and the User's bank.
