Re: [w3c/payment-handler] Why does a Payment App need to see the line items? (#91)

In https://github.com/w3c/payment-handler/issues/91#issuecomment-488765974 @rsolomakhin mentioned limiting these to three things:

* "subtotal",
*  "tax",
*  "shipping",

That seems reasonable (though I still hold shipping is redundant, as we have `shippingOptions`) - but those are privacy preserving and don't require sharing any personal data about what is being purchased.
