@rsolomakhin and @danyao, can the category be optional?

I am not fluent in JS programming, so don't know which would be preferred between:

 * Required category with "undefined", "other", or whatever
 * Optional category.

I propose that we treat it as an error if the merchant provides an undefined enum value.
