@marcoscaceres, Would this work as a proposal: 1) redactList for Basic Card billingAddress response is "organization" and "recipient." You never get those for billingAddress. 2) With the pull request 866 proposal, by default phone is not returned, but the merchant can explicitly request it. 3) We can mention in a privacy and security consideration that the payment handler can offer the user a configuration where phone is not returned in the billingAddress.
