Hi all, I am hearing two proposals related to the billing address upon confirmation by the user to pay with that instrument: * Don't return phone. (What the Basic Card spec says today.) * Only return the phone if the merchant has explicitly asked for it [1]. @rsolomakhin I believe Chrome returns phone today. I propose that in the short term we leave the spec as-is and request that Chrome change the implementation. That will give us some feedback on the importance of phone to users of the API. Then, once we have made progress on issue 866 [2], and in light of feedback from API users, we can revisit the question.
