@marcoscaceres I would suggest we don't make this a CR-Exit issue as it is adding complexity that we haven't really explored and could be bigger than we think. Example: - How does the browser respond if it is mid-flow with a BobPay payment (which declares itself as being a singleton - i.e. mimic the existing spec) and another tab/windows starts a BobPay payment? - How does BobPay declare that it must be a singleton? - How does does a non-Web payment handler declare this?
