I mean remove 'Exposed=ServiceWorker', which indicates that the construct is exposed on 'ServiceWorker' set of interfaces, right? I don't see we have use cases that need to construct PaymentRequestEvent and CanMakePaymentEvent in service worker. Am I understand it wrong?
