Discussing with a PSD2 NCA (National Competent Authority) on that topic, please note that there are exemptions for SCA (amount, number of payments, low level of risk...) and as a consequence, authority are requesting engagement from licensed TPP on how they will manage sensitive data such as credentials (HSM, encrypted database...). -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
