Re: [w3c/payment-method-basic-card] Connecting to payment request. (#50)

Will try to work on this tomorrow. The integration is close, but needs a few tweaks. I'll try to do a pull request on Payment Request at the same time, so we can see them both align side by side (input, outputs, etc). Then the "card(s)" question will hopefully make sense.
