Re: [w3c/browser-payment-api] should .show() be user gated? (#486)

This would appear to limit the possibility of invisible payments, for example if the user has given prior consent for payments to a certain merchant within a certain threshold.

I think it should be a MAY require a jesture, but MUST if prior consent has not been obtained.
