@ianbjacobs and @jakearchibald I whipped up an example / proposal for how the recommended payment apps flow might look like [here](https://github.com/tommythorsen/webpayments-demo/blob/gh-pages/proposals/Recommended%20Payment%20Apps.md). Based on our discussions so far, recommendations here are done by means of a url only. Icon and label are fetched from the payment app web server instead of being provided by the merchant.
