We are working on a spec that defines a manifest file for payment *methods*. But as of right now we do not, for Web-based payment apps, require a manifest file for payment *apps*. (If I understand were @marcoscaceres is thinking the spec should go, there may be even less
reason soon to have a Web-based payment app manifest file.)

The current spec says that payees link to service worker code (through a "payment app identifier").
What are your thoughts on payees linking to service worker code (and we would call that URL the "payment app identifier")?
