Re: [w3c/webpayments-payment-apps-api] Why does a Payment App need to see the line items? (#91)

So far we have heard:

* User experience. If the user can see what they are paying for (and to whom they are paying) that can increase confidence.
* For some scenarios, the actual payment happens later. Frank (Klarna) said "In our context, the payment does not happen at the time of purchase. We extend credit, and payment happens at a later stage, and the user needs to see that data when the payment has to happen (post purchase).
* Payment apps may also need that information in order to provide some services, e.g., "You can use this coupon for this purchase."
