@rsolomakhin,

I am having a knee-jerk reaction to not-yet-selected payment apps being able to have an impact on and relationship to a particular transaction. 

I am more comfortable with:

 * A payment app I have selected for a transaction sending information with my consent.
 * A payment app I have registered with the browser sending information (e.g., at registration time)
   to the browser with my consent.

I haven't thought more deeply about it. :)
