Re: [w3c/browser-payment-api] Add postMessage() and addMessageListener() for enabling "in-bound" communication (#494)

Postponing and locking. We *will* return to this, @cyberphone - but not now. We need more implementation experience and to see how native apps evolve with the limitations of the API before we consider expanding it.
