If that's exactly what you want you should use the primitives from HTML and upstream the attribute to HTML. That's probably the simplest solution here. https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-main/issues/268 had some discussion about going in a different direction for scenarios mostly like `allowfullscreen`, but then it got closed without the discussion being really resolved.
