Re: [w3c/browser-payment-api] ShippingAddress versus Address (#189)

Geolocation v2 was abandoned a long time ago so there won't be any developer confusion. We acknowledged at the F2F that it would be possible to argue over field names, etc. for addresses pretty much forever, so we picked something that can work, based on another standard, and we should move on.
