Re: [w3c/browser-payment-api] Should it be possible to provide amounts in more than one currency (#3)

Apologies for coming late to this discussion.
For DCC transactions (mountielee summarises this well above), Visa and MasterCard have slightly varying requirements, but require the merchant to share the foreign exchange rate, any margin applied to the conversion and a disclaimer.  Would it be possible to include these as separate parameters provided to the customer by the merchant as part of the payment request so they can be displayed to the customer?
