Re: [w3c/browser-payment-api] PaymentOptions seems overly verbose/overlaps with HTML (#326)

If it doesn't change the UI, and it doesn't change the experience that a user sees (and therefore the number of fields they fill in), I don't quite understand why we wouldn't just return it all back and let the developer take what they need from the response.
