Re: [w3c/browser-payment-api] Should the API handle pre-auth, recurring payments, and similar scenarios (#19)

I posted some thoughts on recurring payments on https://github.com/w3c/browser-payment-api/pull/111#issuecomment-207179053 and would like to add a vote for the importance of considering recurring payment use cases.  I work for the Financial Times, and our business model is built on weekly or monthly recurring payments, mostly charged to credit cards for B2C customers.
