Re: [w3c/browser-payment-api] Add PaymentItem type to deal with transaction types (#111)

Have made a quick change to the PR to pull total out of the items list. 

I wonder if re-using `PaymentItem` is a good idea or if `total` should be a stand-alone `CurrencyAmount` and `transactionType` a separate attribute of `PaymentDetails`?
